Over the last decade, I worked as a high-level property consultant, closing more than 280 deals and acquiring over $300M worth of property for clients.

From the outside, it looked like success. On the inside, I was running on empty.

By the end of 2022, I was completely burned out — stuck in a rollercoaster business with no off switch. The stress was constant, and the next 20 years felt so predictable I could have written them on a napkin.

So in 2023, my wife and I hit reset.

We moved our family to Spain and started redesigning our lives from the ground up. Now I run a location-independent business helping experts like you build marketing systems powered by AI — so you can scale your income without scaling stress.

When I’m not working with clients, I’m exploring new destinations, hanging with my family, or enjoying tapas in the square with friends.
